Skopje, 4 January 2026 (MIA) - Exports of agriculture products have increased by 5.5 percent compared to 2024, says Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy Cvetan Tripunovski.

Minister Tripunovski told Agrar that State Statistical Office data show the increase relates to the January-October period, pointing to rising agriculture production in the country.

"The sale of agriculture products in Q2 and Q3 has risen significantly," notes Tripunovski.

He adds that measures and policies will be drafted in the coming period so that 2026 is even better than the last year.

"Export data is encouraging and represents an added incentive for us to continue with even more commitment," notes Tripunovski.
