Heavy vehicles banned on several road sections due to snowfall
Skopje, 25 December 2024 (MIA) - Bans on heavy vehicles were implemented Wednesday on several roads across the country due to snowfall.
As of 10 a.m. there is a ban on heavy vehicles on the road from the village of Uzem to the Deve Bair border crossing.
As of 9:55 a.m. a ban on heavy vehicles is in place on the Kriva Palanka – Deve Bair road.
The heavy vehicles ban on the Bitola – Resen road section near the Gjavato mountain pass has been lifted as of 9:15 a.m.
Wet and slushy roads are reported nationwide with moderate traffic outside urban areas and no delays at border crossings.
