No more lifelong and untouchable positions, says public administration minister

There will no longer be any lifelong and untouchable positions, management boards are reduced to three members, while the status of an acting position becomes an exception strictly limited in time and by law, said Minister of Public Administration Goran Minchev presenting on Wednesday the draft law on senior managers of state administration bodies and funds.
