Strumica, 18 July 2023 (MIA) - Seven migrants from Syria, including three minors, were injured at the Nov Dojran-Valandovo regional road on Monday.

Police officers noticed a vehicle "Ford Mondeo" transporting the migrants, said the Strumica Interior Department.

The driver tried to escape but drove the vehicle off the road and fled the scene. The hospital in Gevgelija reported that one Syrian migrant sustained serious injuries, while the six others, including three minors, sustained lighter injuries, reads the press release.

A team from the Valandovo interior department inspected the crime scene and measures are being taken in the case.
