Skopje, 18 February 2023 (MIA) — The MKC Youth Cultural Center is hosting Saturday a charity event featuring local musicians, a theater performance, and an auction to raise money for Turkey and Syria earthquake survivors.

Beginning at 7 pm, "MKC is Solidarity!" will bring together musicians including Dorian and Dobrila Duo, Cengiz Ibrahim, Zarina Prvasevda, Cruel, Xanadu, Vaigna Corporaiton and Kalata.

Skopje’s Turkish Theater will perform Mark Ravenhill's "Shopping and Fucking." Local artists will donate paintings for sale to help the survivors of the earthquake.

All proceeds will go to the Red Cross fund set up for Turkey and Syria.

Also, Petra Seliškar's "Turkish Tea" mini series (2005) will be shown in a free screening at the MKC cinema. mr/
