Liveurope festival to be held in Skopje
Skopje, 24 November 2022 (MIA) – The Youth Cultural Center (MKC) in Skopje will host the Liveurope festival on November 24 and 25, for the first time after becoming a full-fledged member of the renowned network of concert venues in Europe. “Liveurope is a network of legendary concert venues including Melkweg (Amsterdam), Vega (Copenhagen), Ancienne Belgique (Brussels) and around twenty other recognizable and popular venues which are crucial to the functioning of the European music industry,” said MKC in a press release. It added that out of the regional concert venues, until recently Kino Šiška in Ljubljana, was the only one who had the privilege of being a part of this renowned association, and now it is joined by MKC and Močvara from Zagreb. “The Liveurope festival is being held as part of the PIN Music Conference and Showcase, which will be held in MKC – Skopje from November 24 to 26,” they added. The PIN Conference is expected to host 250 guests, i.e., the most relevant names in the music industry (bookers, promoters, journalists, agents) and the latest musical talents from Europe, the region and North Macedonia. During the festival, all attendees will have the chance to follow the daily panel program in Kino Frosina, where the most relevant topics in the industry will be discussed. ad/ba/
