Bitola, 22 December 2023 (MIA) — A Kenya-inspired exhibition of acrylic on canvas paintings by Stefan Malbashikj will open on Friday at the Bitola Cultural Center.

The art show is titled "Dreaming of Nature."

"Through the beauty, tenderness and appeal of flowers, the artist presents Kenya's fields and beauties depicted in his artworks done during his stay there," organizers said.

The artist was "enchanted by the beauties of nature and flowers as a symbol of peace, beauty, tenderness, innocence," they wrote.

The exhibition opening will also include a workshop aimed at popularizing contemporary art among young people. mr/
