Washington, 15 July 2025 (MIA) - Peter McCullough, former vice chief of internal medicine at Baylor University Medical Center and a professor at Texas A&M University, has told MIA that drug ivermectin was the most rapidly acting and clinically effective antiviral under his clinical observation, while noting there are multiple preclinical studies indicating ivermectin may have broad antineoplastic effects.

How did the US allow the loss of over a million people to Covid?

The US National Center for Health Statistics in 2023 reported that approximately half of the “COVID deaths” had no mention of pneumonia on their charts. Since the definition allowed test positive at various times and death, there is no assurance of the true number of COVID-19 deaths. I estimate if strictly adjudicated, the actual number of COVID-19 deaths was ~120,000.  Sadly, I have testified in the US Senate and House of Representatives that ~85% of those deaths were avoidable with early treatment using The McCullough Protocol.

What, in your opinion, are the negative effects of mRNA vaccines (Pfizer and Moderna) on people who have received them?

Both Pfizer and Moderna mRNA vaccines load the human body with the potentially lethal Spike protein.  There have been record injuries, disabilities, and death among those who took one or more COVID-19 vaccines.

Are the Covid and Bird Flu viruses artificially created? If so, who created them and why?

Yes, both SARS-CoV-2 and H5N1 Clade 2.3.4.4b were the products of gain-of-function research (Medical research that genetically alters an organism in a way that may enhance the biological functions of gene products. This may include an altered pathogenesis, transmissibility, or host range, i.e., the types of hosts that a microorganism can infect. This research is intended to reveal targets to better predict emerging infectious diseases and to develop vaccines and therapeutics, Wikipedia) in Wuhan China and Athens, Georgia, respectively.

You say vaccines are bioweapons. Who benefits from this "weapon"?

I have not called vaccines “bioweapons”.

What is the ultimate goal of "subjugating the entire world population"? What does that mean, whose idea is it, and why are they doing it?

By forcing large populations into mass genetic vaccination with COVID-19 vaccines, the world’s population was effectively subjugated.  This is particularly true among persons who did not want a COVID-19 vaccine.

You say that vaccines are a religion that is several hundred years old…?

In my book Vaccines: Mythology, Ideology, and Reality we make the case that from the very first efforts at smallpox vaccination the combination of broad-based fear, hubris, money, and power has led to the field of vaccinology to take on characteristics of an ideology.  Vaccine religion posits that mankind is vulnerable to infectious diseases and through the brilliance of vaccine science, man can improve upon God’s creation. However, since vaccines are not perfect, in order for them to work, everyone must take them.  If some are injured or die with vaccination, the ideology says that it must be accepted for the greater good.

How and when did it happen that many doctors, instead of being people's most important support, became their enemies?

By promoting unsafe, ineffective vaccines and turning a blind eye to vaccine side effects, many doctors effectively became the enemy to patients.

What problems, personal and professional, has promoting the treatment of Covid with ivermectin caused you?

Ivermectin was a choice in The McCullough Protocol since 2020. Importantly we found with the protocol no single drug was necessary nor sufficient.  The US FDA was sued by Drs Bowden, Apter, and Marik for making false and misleading statements about ivermectin.  As result, the FDA removed their false statements so patients could better understand the benefits of ivermectin in early COVID-19 treatment protocols.

Why was there so much negative propaganda about ivermectin treatment for Covid?

Because ivermectin was the most rapidly acting and clinically effective antiviral under my clinical observation, in my view, the negative propaganda against ivermectin was designed to lead the public to believe COVID-19 was not treatable and the only option for them was repeated and unending COVID-19 vaccination.

Do you have any knowledge about the positive effects of ivermectin in the treatment of cancer patients?

There are multiple preclinical studies indicating ivermectin may have broad antineoplastic effects.  The US National Cancer Institute should initiate large-scale randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials of ivermectin in cancer patients.

What is the limit (numbers) for tolerating high blood pressure in middle-aged people?

Blood pressure >140/85 is considered high and should be treated if it does not come down with non-medicinal measures.

What is the basic and main advice you would give people to preserve their psycho-physical health?

For most it is best to avoid alcohol.  Diets with high quality sources of protein and fresh fruits and vegetables are wise.  That means avoiding or eliminating sugars, starches, and saturated fats.  Daily aerobic and strength exercises are vital for psycho-physical health.

In a separate statement on the Spike protein that the body produces upon receiving the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, McCullough says he has never seen something so injurious to the human body.

"It invades the brain, it invades the heart, it causes brain and heart damage, it invades the bone marrow, it stimulates antibodies to actually start to attack our own platelets and our other cells in our body. It causes blood clotting and damage to the blood vessels like we've never seen. Data from University of Pittsburgh suggesting it causes cancer. Since when do we have a protein that actually injures the brain, injures the heart, the bone marrow, the immune system, causes blood clotting and potentially causes cancer? It's a weapon. In fact, there are three papers, one by Farkas, published in Military Medicine, and two by Yan published in Preprint. They've actually concluded it is a bioweapon. According to strict military criteria, it's a bioweapon", says McCullough.
