Skopje, 29 March 2023 (MIA) - The Government decided Wednesday to establish national institution Culture Center of the Turkish Community in the Republic of North Macedonia-Skopje.

The institution will promote not only classical art forms but also continually follow and research modern trends in the sphere of culture and art, thus providing top-class artistic achievements, the Government said in a press release.

The Ministry of Culture said in its elaboration that the Turkish community is represented by only one national institution - the Turkish Theatre in Skopje - which confirms the lack of institutions in the country that foster and promote cultural values of the Turkish community in the Republic of North Macedonia.
