Skopje, 30 May 2024 (MIA) — Welcoming poets from Norway, Ireland, Slovenia, Greece, Croatia and Serbia as well as twenty local authors, the fourth Skopje Poetry Festival will open at MKC at 8 pm.

According to festival organizers, poetry events will be held through June 1 at several Skopje venues, including MKC's Frosina cinema, the Miladinov Brothers City Library, and Bukva bookstore. 

"The festival programming consists of indoor poetry readings, book launches, an art exhibition, poetry film screenings, a poetry filmmaking masterclass, a yoga class and a poetry reading in nature," organizers said in a press release. mr/
