Skopje, 9 April 2026 (MIA) - TAV Macedonia, a subsidiary of TAV Airports, a member of the ADP Group, is the recipient of the Great Place To Work® certificate (March 2026- March 2027), for a second year in a row.
In a press release on Thursday, TAV Macedonia said the prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at the company. The certification comes after thorough evaluation of company policies and workplace practices, through employees’ survey.
"Receiving this certification for a second time is especially meaningful. It reflects not only who we are, but how we continue to grow. It shows that our commitment to listening, improving, and supporting one another is not a one-time effort, but an ongoing priority. This recognition belongs to all employees. It is built on employees’ daily dedication, their teamwork, professionalism, and the respect we show to one another. It is reflected in the way we operate our airports, Skopje International Airport and Ohrid St. Paul the Apostle Airport with pride, responsibility, and care," said Nejat Kurt, TAV Macedonia General Manager.
Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work, said the Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience.
"Certification is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture," said Lewis-Kulin.
