Toshkovski: Criminal Court charged MoI with supervision of house arrest but didn’t determine manner of supervision
- Following the press release issued by the Skopje-based Criminal Court on Monday in which it said the responsibility for the escape of former Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) member Blerim Ramadani from house arrest in Skopje lies with the Interior Ministry as the supervising authority, Interior Minister Panche Toshkovski said in a social media post Monday that the Court charged the Ministry with supervision of house arrest, but did not determine the manner of supervision, which, he said, is its legal obligation.
