President Pendarovski meets UNDP Resident Representative Grigoryan
Skopje, 20 December 2021 (MIA) – President Stevo Pendarovski met on Monday with the newly appointed UNDP Resident Representative to the Republic of North Macedonia, Armen Grigoryan.
“Interlocutors discussed at the meeting UNDP activities in several sectors in North Macedonia, including democratic governance, poverty reduction, crisis prevention and management, environment and energy, health and social development,” the President’s Office said in a press release.
Pendarovski expressed satisfaction from cooperation with the UNDP and realization of several important projects, aimed at improving the quality of life and supporting North Macedonia in achieving strategic goals, as well as cooperation regarding the MKD2030 development framework.
“President Pendarovski wished the newly appointed UNDP Resident Representative Grigoryan success during his five-year term and expressed assurance that he will contribute to further advancing UNDP’s cooperation with North Macedonia,” read the release.
