Cetinje, 12 April 2022 (MIA) – As part of his official visit to Montenegro, President Stevo Pendarovski met Tuesday with Montenegro’s Deputy Prime Minister and premier-designate Dritan Abazović. The two exchanged views on the overall relations between the two countries, highlighting the possibility to enhance economic cooperation. Talks also focused on the European perspective of the two countries, as well as current developments in the wider region, in the context of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the President’s office said in a press release. President Pendarovski, adds the press release, noted that North Macedonia is paying special attention to the political situation in Montenegro, wishing sooner formation of a new government.
