Skopje, 9 March 2023 (MIA) – On the margins of the Budapest Balkans Forum, Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani held separate meetings on Thursday with his Albanian and Serbian counterparts, Olta Xhaçka and Ivica Dačić respectively.
