Skopje, 18 June 2024 (MIA) - The country's constitutional name is clear and we should not have double standards, feel irresponsible before the citizens or mislead them, it is clear what the constitutional name is - it is the one with the adjective, VMRO-DPMNE leader and PM-designate Hristijan Mickoski said on Tuesday.
In an interview with Sitel TV, he said the government will be sworn in with the country's new constitutional name, adding that it will also be used during visits abroad.
"However, in everyday use and when giving statements in the country, I will use the name "Macedonia". We cannot ask citizens to respect the laws, and then break them ourselves," said Mickoski.
