31 August 2021, Skopje – The Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia issued a license for the operation of a new Investment Advisory Company - Capital Asset Management DOOEL Skopje. The company Capital Asset Management, in accordance with the Law on Securities, will work independently on investment consulting and will indirectly manage securities portfolios by order and at the expense of an individual client. The management of portfolios will be performed through the brokerage house Investbroker AD Skopje, which has the broadest authorizations in accordance with the Law on Securities and is the only non-banking institution in the country with authorization for trading on foreign stock exchanges. Capital Asset Management is the only investment advisory company that will be a participant in the securities market in the country. "A new legal entity appears on the Macedonian market for investment consulting and management of individual securities portfolios, but with a team that has many years of work experience in these areas. We will offer a certain movement on the market and we will bring freshness to the operation. "As before, we will successfully manage our clients' portfolios and advise them on how to properly invest their money," said Kosta Kostadinovski, founder of Capital Asset Management. Kostadinovski is a licensed investment advisor from the Securities and Exchange Commission with 17 years of experience in the field of finance and the capital market. Until now, the public knew him as the CEO of Ilirika Fund Management, and in his professional career, he has worked and performed functions in financial institutions such as banks and pension funds.
