Skopje, 4 October 2023 (MIA) — A book launch for Macedonian poet Gordana Mihailova Boshnakoska's latest poetry collection, "Honey and Youth," will be held at the Cultural and Information Center at 7 pm.

Macedonian writers Goce Smilevski will speak about the book, and actors Sofia Nasevska Trifunovska and Martin Manev will read Mihailova Boshnakoska's poems.

"Honey and Youth" (Makavej, 2023) was shortlisted for this year's Struga Poetry Evenings international festival's Miladinov Brothers award for best Macedonian poetry book of the year.

Gordana Mihailova Boshnakoska (b. 1940, Bitola) has published 15 collections of poetry.

The book launch is one of the series of events in City of Skopje European Capital of Culture 2028 cultural programming. mr/
