Bitola, 31 October 2021 (MIA) – VMRO-DPMNE’s candidate Toni Konjanovski is the new mayor of Bitola after declaring victory in Sunday’s second round of the October local elections. “I thank everyone who didn’t give in to pressure and with dignity voted for a better Bitola, for a better place for living. Bitola voted for changes and voted for projects,” he told supporters in Bitola. Congratulating Konjanovski on being elected Bitola mayor, the SDSM candidate Hristo Kondovski conceded defeat.
