Skopje, 10 January 2025 (MIA) - Mainly wet roads are reported nationwide amid winter conditions with moderate traffic outside urban areas. Fog has caused reduced visibility from 20–30 meters on the Tetovo–Gajre road, 50 meters on the Delchevo road and 100 meters on the Stracin road.

Delays at Macedonian borders to exit and enter the country are not reported.

The Bashino Selo bridge is closed for traffic as of Jan. 3, 2025.

As of Nov. 15, 2024, winter equipment in vehicles is mandatory until Mar. 15, 2025.

Landslides are possible along the routes of Katlanovo – Veles, Mavrovo – Debar – Struga, Vinica – Berovo and Kochani – Delchevo.

Motorists are advised to drive carefully, adjust their speed to weather conditions and follow traffic rules, signs and signals.
