Skopje, 20 March 2026 (MIA) – Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski wrote Friday a Facebook post wishing Islamic believers good health, joy and happiness on Ramadan Bayram.

“In these holy days when the month of fasting, patience and spiritual devotion ends, may we remind ourselves of the true values uniting us as people – respect, solidarity, humanity and caring for each other. This holiday teaches us that the strength of a society is measured by how prepared we are to offer a hand, to help and to show understanding,” Mickoski wrote.

As people, he added, we have always known to stand by each other in the most important moments and now more than ever, it is necessary to foster coexistence, build trust and invest in joint future of peace, stability and prosperity for all citizens.
