Skopje, 18 October 2023 (MIA) — A public forum on tourism and the environment will be held in Ohrid as part of the “We Are Europe” campaign organized by the Secretariat for European Affairs headed by Deputy Prime Minister for European Affairs Bojan Marichikj.

The campaign aims to promote democracy, multiculturalism, the rule of law, and fundamental human rights, according to organizers.

"The Secretariat for European Affairs and the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia affirm and promote European values at a time of important decisions to continue our accession process to the EU, which affect all of us citizens," an official press release said.

Deputy Prime Minister Marichikj will be joined on stage by Minister of Environment and Physical Planning Kaja Shukova, Slovenian Ambassador Gregor Presker and Agency for Promotion and Support of Tourism director Ljupcho Janevski.

The forum will be held at Ohrid's Grigor Prlichev Culture Center at 6 pm. mr/
