Skopje, 11 March 2024 (MIA) - Hristijan Mickoski will be the VMRO-DPMNE-led coalition list principal in the first election district, Vlado Misajlovski will head the list in the second election district, Dragan Kovachki in the third, Aleksandar Nikoloski in the fourth, Dafina Stojanovska in the sixth, with a decision still pending for the fifth election district.

Party leader Mickoski said Monday he expects the lists of MP candidates to be completed very soon.

"According to the plan of activities, the candidate lists will be promoted on March 31, whereas the coalition agreement will be signed a day earlier. Therefore, everything will be made clear in the coming 2-3 weeks," Mickoski told reporters.

He said VMRO-DPMNE is finalizing the election programme and expects it to be promoted by the end of March, considering that the election campaign begins on April 18.

"We are careful with the programme, quite conservative. We do not promise miracles but stand behind our promises and we will build our policies based on that," said Mickoski.
