VMRO-DPMNE, DUI win more votes in Fifth Electoral District, no change in MP seats

Skopje, 22 May 2024 (MIA) — In the Fifth Electoral District, SDSM's coalition For a European Future had 26,904 votes on May 8, and after the repeated vote on May 22, now it has 26,668 or 236 votes fewer. VMRO-DPMNE's Your Macedonia coalition had 73,916 votes on May 8 and now has 74,287 or has won 371 more votes. DUI's European Front coalition had 27,013 and now has 27,278 or 265 more votes. Levica had 9,926 and now 9,850 or 76 fewer votes. Worth it had won 11,067 votes on May 8, and now has 10,793 or 274 fewer votes. ZNAM had 8,757 votes and now has 8,671 or 86 fewer votes.


United Macedonia, Rodina Macedonia, Democrats and Avaja have one fewer vote, the Workers' Party has two fewer votes, Macedonian Third Era third three votes less, and there were no changes in the votes for GROM's Brave for Macedonia coalition.


According to the May 8 results, VMRO-DPMNE won 10 parliamentary seats in the Fifth Electoral District. European Front won four, SDSM won three and Levica, Worth It and ZNAM won one parliamentary seat each. The results after the repeated voting will not change the seat allocation. mr/
