New York, 1 March 2022 (dpa/MIA) - UN Secretary General António Guterres condemns Russia's use of heavy weapons in its attack on Ukraine, his spokesperson said on Tuesday "The secretary general is very concerned about the use of heavy weapons against urban centres in Ukraine," Stéphane Dujarric said in New York, as Russia pummelled the Ukrainian capital Kiev and the country's second-biggest city Kharkiv on the sixth day of its invasion. The UN Human Rights Council said at least 136 civilians have been killed so far. Dujarric said, however, that there was likely a high number of unreported cases.
