Tetovo, 31 October 2021 (MIA) – DUI candidate and incumbent Tetovo Mayor Teuta Arifi has conceded the defeat, saying her opponent Bilal Kasami from Besa has won more votes at the runoff on Sunday. “My opponent has more votes and he will run Tetovo in the next four years. Let me congratulate him for the win and wish him success, considering that Tetovo is a city facing many challenges. Let me thank all citizens who supported me and the concept I represent. This concept is the progressive one and time will tell that progress has always been on our side,” said Arifi.
