Terror threat level raised in Britain after Liverpool car blast

Terror threat level raised in Britain after Liverpool car blast
Home Secretary Priti Patel said the terror threat level had been raised in Britain, meaning an attack is "highly likely." Speaking to broadcasters, she said: "The Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre (JTAV) are now increasing the United Kingdom's threat level from substantial to severe. "And there's a reason for that, and that reason is because what we saw yesterday is the second incident in a month." A car explosion outside a Liverpool hospital on Remembrance Sunday has been declared a terrorist attack but the motive is unclear, according to the police.
