Support the Green Agenda that means a better life, Ahmeti tells Butel rally
Skopje, 30 September 2021 (MIA) - The Democratic Union for Integration (DUI) held its rally late on Thursday in Butel municipality presenting its election platform and candidates for members of the municipal council. DUI leader Ali Ahmeti, party’s vice president Izet Mexhiti, first Deputy PM Artan Grubi and candidate for council member Alajdin Sali addressed the rally. Sali noted that they will work hard to bring as much investment and employment as possible during the new term. “I will be committed to the development of the municipality in all areas, starting from infrastructure, culture and sports as well as education and healthcare. My commitment is not a privilege, but a responsibility, because we will achieve what we promise within four years,” said Sali. First Deputy PM Grubi told the rally that a dignified pre-election campaign should be conducted, as well as the motto and spirit of DUI, because the Green Agenda is for a better life for the citizens. DUI Vice President Mexhiti said that the vote should not be split, but should go to the DUI candidates, adding that in the next four years we will work on the project "We love Butel" for our future, and our candidate will lead Butel better after four years. “We have always been committed to very bold projects, we will have our candidate for prime minister at the upcoming elections; there are events in the history of nations through the centuries that lasted only three days. We took steps and pushed the barricades, we make the step a kilometer, not a meter. The green agenda means life, whether it took courage, of course, to beautify the home town and the neighborhood of the city,” DUI leader Ahmeti told the rally. DUI is set to hold a rally in Arachinovo municipality on Friday.
