Stoev sends telegram of condolences to Osmani after Tetovo fire
Sofia, 9 September 2021 (MIA) – Bulgarian Foreign Minister Svetlan Stoev sent a telegram of condolences to his Macedonian counterpart Bujar Osmani over the fire that took over the modular Covid hospital in Tetovo on Wednesday night, Bulgaria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release. “On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria and on my behalf, I would like to express my sincere condolences to the families and close ones of the victims. At this sad time, our thoughts are with all of them,” reads the telegram. Bulgaria’s Foreign Minister wished a swift recovery of the injured, as well as “courage and determination of the authorities in the Republic of North Macedonia in their efforts to clarify the causes and overcome the consequences of this tragic incident,” MIA’s Sofia correspondent reports.
