Skopje, 28 October 2022 (MIA) – As part of the regional cooperation of the bodies for legal protection in public procurement procedures, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed Friday in Tirana between the state commissions of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania and Slovenia.

The Memorandum establishes a Southeastern European network of appellate commissions, building the legal practice and good European practices. Through the network the bodies will share experiences and form common positions on the legal protection systems and the implementation of European directives.

Additionally, within the framework of the event, the President of the State Commission for Public Procurement Appeals, Kiril Karanfilov held a bilateral meeting with the President of the Albanian Commission for Public Procurement Appeals. ad/nn/
