Skopje-Split seasonal flight to launch on May 12

Skopje, 28 April 2023 (MIA) – Seasonal flights from Skopje to Split will launch on May 12 and operate until the middle of October. The new route, operated by Croatian national flag carrier airline Croatia Airlines, will directly connect the Macedonian capital with the Croatian coastline during the summer season.
At the presentation of the new seasonal air route Friday, it was announced that Croatia Airlines will operate the route twice a week.
The route will be serviced by Airbus 319 planes with a capacity of 144 seats.
Return tickets for Skopje-Split flights can be bought online, on Croatia Airlines website, or through their mobile app starting at EUR 119.
In the first quarter of 2023, the country’s two airports recorded almost 500.000 passengers, which is a 41 percent increase compared to the same period in 2022. At the same time, the number of flights at both airports stands at 4.169, with an annual growth of 39 percent.
