Skopje, Ohrid airports passenger traffic up 32%
- Passenger numbers at North Macedonia’s international airports in Skopje and Ohrid rose to 2.9 million in the January-November period, up 32.1% compared with the same period of last year, Aeroports de Paris (ADP) said.
Ohrid, 19 December 2023 (MIA) - Passenger numbers at North Macedonia’s international airports in Skopje and Ohrid rose to 2.9 million in the January-November period, up 32.1% compared with the same period of last year, Aeroports de Paris (ADP) said.
In November alone, passenger numbers reached 244,719, up by 54.1% from November 2022, ADP said in a press release.
Aircraft movements at the two airports reached 21,941 in January-November, up 22.1% compared to the first 11 months of 2022.
In November alone, there were 2,006 aircraft operations at the two airports, 45.2% more than in November of last year.
ADP owns 46% of Turkey’s TAV Airports, the company operating the airports in Skopje and Ohrid.
