Skopje City Park hosts Taste the Tradition food fair

Skopje, 7 October 2023 (MIA) - Over 300 local small-scale food producers will exhibit their traditional recipe products at the 2nd Taste the Tradition National Food and Beverage Fair in Skopje's City Park on Saturday.

 

The food fair will present over 2,000 products, offering tastings, entertainment, and children's workshops.

 

Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski and Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy Ljupcho Nikolovski are set to address the event. 

 

 

During the food fair, Slow Food Cooks Alliance members Dimitar Arnaudoski, Mare Janevska and Zoran Majnovski will be making dishes from ingredients supplied by local small-scale food producers.

 

Children's workshops will include dough kneading and taste education.

 

 

Taste the Tradition food fair is organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy in cooperation with Slow Food Macedonia, and with the support of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ).
