Siljanovska-Davkova in Krushevo: Political ‘earthquake’ on April 24, forecasts political ‘volcano’ on May 8
- In front of the Makedonium monument in Krushevo, presidential candidate Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova stated, “My campaign style is feminine, yet chivalrous. I don't analyze the candidate; instead, I speak about what I will do, what I haven't done, and what needs to be done. On April 24, there was a political ‘earthquake,’ on May 8, there will be a political ‘volcano.'”
Krushevo, 26 April 2024 (MIA) - In front of the Makedonium monument in Krushevo, presidential candidate Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova stated, “My campaign style is feminine, yet chivalrous. I don't analyze the candidate; instead, I speak about what I will do, what I haven't done, and what needs to be done. On April 24, there was a political ‘earthquake,’ on May 8, there will be a political ‘volcano.'”
“I stated that on April 24 there would be a political earthquake, and I believe I was right. On May 8, I anticipate a political volcano because this country deserves to be a decent place to live. Krushevo deserves to be a city that everyone will want to see. A city of happy citizens and cheerful children, as it once was,” Siljanovska-Davkova said.
“When you cast your vote, think about Makedonium, about Toshe, about this wonderfully beautiful city that must be full of people to show that we have many cities that can be cities of culture, art, and history. I promise to make every effort for this city to be seen by others. I won't dare to cheer here, in front of Makedonium. But, for all Macedonians, for all Krushevo residents, and for all citizens of Macedonia, regardless of any affiliation, I think the word Makedonium says enough,” Siljanovska-Davkova added.
According to her, Krushevo is forgotten, and its cultural and artistic potential remains untapped.
“Do we really need to stand proudly in front of Makedonium, or should we have a conscience because when you stand before Makedonium, you should know what that means throughout history and today. I wonder how this city can remain so forgotten,” she said.
