Skopje, 25 July 2022 (MIA) - According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the total consumption by types of energy commodities in May 2022 was: 544,181 MWh of electricity, 3.801 mil. nm3 of natural gas, 470,502 tonnes of coal and 98,497 tonnes of petroleum products. Gross national electricity production participated with 75.7% in gross national electricity consumption, while 97.5% of the total national consumption of coals were used for generation of electricity.
