Serbia, North Macedonia railway authorities discuss Corridor X development perspectives in Belgrade

Belgrade, 10 October 2023 (MIA) - Serbian Rauilways Infrastructure director Nebojša Šurlan and Macedonian counterpart Zoran Trifunovski discussed Monday the perspectives and plans for development of infrastructure and railway traffic at Corridor X, MIA reports from Belgrade.
The hosts briefed their guests from North Macedonia on the experiences related to the construction of the Belgrade-Novi Sad 200km/h fast railroad, as well as the effects of the project, as well as continuation of the railway from Novi Sad to Subotica and then to Budapest.
Šurlan and Trifunovski also discussed cross-border cooperation and its development, exchanging on a number of topics of mutual interest. In addition, the visit contributes to the development of regional cooperation, Serbian Railways Infrastructure said in a press release.
