Skopje, 24 April 2024 (MIA) — Voter turnout in the first round of the country's presidential elections by 11 am was 12.78 percent, according to official data. 

According to the State Election Commission on its website, out of the total of 1,814,317 citizens eligible to vote, 229,473 voted by 11 am.

The voter turnout rate is based on figures processed from 3,418 polling stations out of a total of 3,508 nationwide. mr/
