Skopje, 9 November 2021 (MIA) - Alternativa MP Skender Rexhepi said Tuesday evening he accepted the call put forward by VMRO-DPMNE parliamentary group coordinator, Nikola Micevski, to sign a new initiative on no-confidence vote against the government. "I accept Micevski's challenge in principle, but Alternativa’s leadership will make the final decision on Wednesday," Rexhepi told “Sloboden Pechat” daily. By stating this, Rexhepi confirmed the previous statements that the final position on no-confidence motion against the government, Alternativa will make on Wednesday. Alternativa’s central leadership held meeting on Monday after earlier in the day its MP Skender Rexhepi said his signature won’t be part of the list aimed to topple the Government, nor he would support Thursday’s vote in Parliament if Levica MPs remain on the list. He even announced that he would leave Alternativa, if the party together with Levica participates in toppling the Government. Micevski today on Facebook offered Rexhepi to submit a new initiative no-confidence motion against the government, which he would sign together with 19 other VMRO-DPMNE MPs.
