Skopje, 25 March 2022 (MIA) – The regular Sofia-Skopje-Sofia flight launches on Saturday, with the first aircraft of airline “GullivAir” set to arrive at the International Airport Skopje at 5.30 a.m. Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski and Bulgarian counterpart Kiril Petkov initially announced the flight at their first meeting on January 18, followed by the countries’ governments signing the documents on infrastructure networking at a joint session a week later. The first flight symbolically took place on February 11, carrying the Macedonian and Bulgarian delegations led by Minister of Transport and Communications Blagoj Bochvarski and Bulgarian counterpart Nikolay Sabev from Sofia to Skopje.
