Tirana, 30 June 2022 (MIA) – Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama has twitted his reaction to the French EU Presidency proposal on the North Macedonia-Bulgaria issue. PM Rama says North Macedonia is given the opportunity for unconditional accession and a path to the official start of the EU accession negotiations with both countries. “The latest French proposal, which is the final one, gives North Macedonia the opportunity for unconditional accession and opens the path for official start of EU accession negotiations with both countries. I say to my brothers Macedonians and Albanians in North Macedonia: accept it!” Rama writes.
