Public Administration Minister meets ReSPA Director

Skopje, 11 July 2024 (MIA) - Minister of Public Administration Goran Minchev met Thursday with Regional School for Public Administration (ReSPA) Director Maja Handhziska Trendafilova, informing her about the priority activities of the new ministry.
Talks focused on the excellent cooperation and future support, and opportunities of using ReSPA's mechanisms available to the country as a member-state and this year's chair, the Ministry for Public Administration said in a press release.
Trendafilova presented ReSPA’s mission and operations, which aims to support the creation of transparent, accountable, and professional public administration institutions that provide efficient services to the benefit of citizens and businesses.
ReSPA is in charge of organizing and providing trainings, conferences, events, and publications for imparting new knowledge and skills, as well as facilitate the exchange of experiences within the region, between the region and EU member-states.
Minister Minchev thanked the institution for its contribution and support for in key reform processes and said he expects the cooperation to continue in the future. ssh/ik/
