Skopje, 28 October 2021 (MIA) - Prosecutor Vilma Ruskovska, head of the public prosecutor’s office for organized crime and corruption, met on Thursday with Bulgaria’s Chief Public Prosecutor Ivan Geshev and Prosecutor Sijka Mileva, who are paying a two-day visit to North Macedonia, and discussed fight against international organized crime and corruption and terrorism prevention. Interlocutors, the Public Prosecutor’s Office said in a press release, also stressed the importance of taking quick actions in international legal cooperation and the role it has in fighting transnational crime. Geshev and Ruskovski, the press released read, expressed satisfaction from cooperation between the prosecutor’s offices of Bulgaria and North Macedonia and hopes that it will resume in the future.
