Skopje, 25 June 2024 (MIA) - President Gordana SIljanovska-Davkova met Tuesday with the Head of the OSCE Mission to Skopje, Ambassador Kilian Wahl, the President’s Office said in a press release.

At the meeting the two affirmed the significance of the longstanding cooperation with OSCE in support of Macedonian reforms in several areas within the organization’s mandate, with President Siljanovska-Davkova voicing her support for activities aimed at boosting cooperation and establishing peace in the OSCE region.

The President expressed her gratitude over the significant role played by OSCE/ODIHR in the processes related to electoral reforms, especially in the efforts to hold free and fair elections, adding value to the legitimacy, credibility and trust of the process.

Siljanovska-Davkova and Wahl voiced their satisfaction with the dynamic and productive cooperation between OSCE and the relevant Macedonian institutions and civil society and expressed their readiness to continue their cooperation in the future in terms of issues and challenges related to the country’s progress, the President’s Office said in a press release.
