Skopje, 28 August 2024 (MIA) - President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova has extended congratulations to Archbishop of Ohrid and Macedonia and Justiniana Prima, HH Stefan, and all Orthodox believers on occasion of Christian holiday Assumption of the Most Holy Mother of God, wishing good health, peace and joy.

President Siljanovska Davkova says the celebration of this day means observance of traditions and family values.

"All citizens of Macedonia, regardless of gender, religious or ethnic background, are part of a big family and that is why we build our common home in solidarity and unity, based on coexistence and mutual respect, understanding and kindness," says Siljanovska Davkova in the note.
