Skopje, 9 April 2023 (MIA) - President Stevo Pendarovski extended Sunday Easter greetings to Skopje Bishop and Strumica-Skopje Eparch, Kiro Stojanov, and all Christians celebrating the holiday according to the Gregorian calendar.

"This year's Easter is celebrated amid great uncertainty and human suffering caused by many crises, wars, natural disasters and social injustice. The Easter message urges us to help those who suffer, show humanity, solidarity and empathy while promoting peace, social justice and a society providing equal opportunities for all. We are called to support those who need help the most because small steps of kindness can make big changes in the community," says President Pendarovski.
