Skopje, 28 March 2024 (MIA) – President Stevo Pendarovski received Thursday the credentials of Sergei Malinovski, the new Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to North Macedonia, who is based in Belgrade, said the President’s Office in a press release.

At the ceremony, Pendarovski voiced his belief that, on the basis of the principles of democratic rule, rule of law and respect for fundamental rights and freedoms, conditions will arise in the future for the development of relations and cooperation between the two countries in areas where this is possible.

“Ambassador SergeI Malinovski said Belarus expects to cooperate with North Macedonia on trade, as well as other issues on a bilateral and multilateral level,” the press release said.
