Skopje, 3 April 2024 (MIA) – President Stevo Pendarovski met on Wednesday with the United Kingdom Special Envoy to the Western Balkans, Lord Stuart Peach.

The interlocutors exchanged views on the current developments in the Western Balkans region, the strategic interests of the country, and the overall cooperation between the two countries.

"President Pendarovski expressed appreciation for the British support and commitment thus far, aimed at advancing conditions in various key areas, as well as for the United Kingdom's steadfast dedication to the Western Balkans region," the Pendarovski's Office said in a press release.

They also expressed satisfaction with the bilateral relations between their countries and their cooperation within the NATO Alliance amidst Russian aggression, reaffirming their commitments to stability and prosperity in the broader region.
