President Pendarovski meets German FM Baerbock
Skopje, 23 March 2023 (MIA) - President Stevo Pendarovski met Thursday with German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, discussing bilateral relations, partnership within NATO, UN and OSCE, North Macedonia's EU aspirations, regional developments and the constitutional changes.
Pendarovski said Germany is one of North Macedonia's closest allies and strongest supporters to its EU integration path, whereas German governments have continually demonstrated their commitment to the country and the region for three decades, the President's Office said in a press release.
In this context, Pendarovski voiced expectation for further support to the European Union accession process.
