Skopje, 9 November 2021 (MIA) - President Stevo Pendarovski hosted Tuesday a reception to mark the 70th anniversary of the Iustinianus Primus Law Faculty within Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. The reception, which was attended by the Rector of the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and the members of the Dean's Office of Law Faculty, was organized as part of the celebration of the significant jubilee of this faculty, which is held under the auspices of President Pendarovski, his Office said in a press release.“Congratulating the jubilee of the Iustinianus Primus Law Faculty Pendarovski underlined its role in building the modern Macedonian state, the contribution to our legal and political system, as well as in the processes of democratic development of the country. Wishing many more years of successful and fruitful work, President Pendarovski expressed confidence that the Law Faculty will continue to provide creative ideas and people who can lead positive processes in the country to successfully cope with contemporary challenges on the most important social issues,” reads the press release. Nikola Jankulovski, the Rector of the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and Sasho Georgievski, the Dean of the Iustinianus Primus Law Faculty also addressed the event. The Iustinianus Primus Law Faculty founded on November 3, 1951, is the oldest higher education institution in the Republic of North Macedonia in the field of law, political science and communication sciences.
