Skopje, 23 September 2021 (MIA) – Police officers discovered 52 illegal migrants originating from African and Asian countries early on Thursday near the Municipality of Lipkovo in the north of the country. The migrants were detained and transported to the Tabanovce transit center, the Interior Ministry said. Also, four people from Pakistan were arrested for carrying illegal substances and cold weapon and for attacking other migrants in the group. They have been handed over to the Kumanovo police station. “They will be charged after the paperwork is completed,” said the press release.
